Ayurvéda

SRI DANVANTARI NAMAH- a gyógyulás minden esetben kegyelmi ajándék

The Ayurveda means ’sience of life’ so we could say the ayurveda is the degree of life, is not symptomatic but uses holistic treatment. Ayurveda is primarily concerned with maintaining general health and lifestyle considerations for maintaining health and preventing the disease.

It is a 5000 year old medical system based on a natural cure which teaches us who we really are on inside and outside by our attributes. It defines our physiquem prakriti and aware of this it shows us how to live a life of good quality for the fulfillment of our karma as well.

One of the important pillars of Ayurvedic medicine is the massage, which aims to create a balance between the body's internal energies. It is also a kind of beauty massage, as it relaxes, heals the mind and body, makes the skin soft, silky, softens, unwrinkles and young-making.

Our body structure, in Sanskrit language is prakriti determined by the three dosha, that is, the dynamics of the three vital forces. Our current health or illness depends on these doshas. These three doshas are Vata, Pitta and Kapha, in order of priority.

LOVE YOUR OWN DAYS AND GET YOURSELF FOR YOUR LIFE (LIFE STEPS) WHEN YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT YOURSELF AND LOVE. YOU ARE OUR GOD, BEAUTY AND FRIEND, GIVE US THE POWER OF LIFE.”

RIG VEDA X.186.1-2

The Vata dōsha is the leader, its Sanskrit meaning is moving. This dosha is the responsibe for every move and progress in our body. Without the Vata, the Pitta and the Kapha dōshas are immobilized. For example, the Vata is responsible for the menstruation, our heart palpitations, the peristaltic movement of our colon, our circulation and the communication between the internal organs.

The Pitta dōsha means digestion, fire, and bile. He is responsible for all kinds of metabolism and digestive processes including digestion and brain function, so the digestion of information belong here as well.

The Kapha meaning is the coherence of things. This dōsha is responsible for the materials of the body, such as the water and other substances in our body. His job includes metabolism processes, mucus,
and healing, such as dosing the fluid for moving the joints, the edema is caused by the excess of kapha dōsha.

The three groups of dōshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha help the body function but they destroy the body in their disturbed state.

The work of Avurvédic healer consists in restoring our dōsha (body type) to the original condition we had at birth. According to Ayurveda, we maintain our health until our birth- dōsha is changed. If our dōsha starts to change, disease symptoms and diseases begin. It is simplified but in fact it is the base and philosophy of this healing process. The ayurveda origins from India. The earliest records of the holistic approach to health in Sanskrit
appears about 3000 years ago on paper. It is worth knowing that the Ayurvéda is the upavéda of Rigvéda. The meaning of ayurvéda is the following: aju=life, véda=knowledge. The oldest ayurvedic Rishi, who left a significant amount of ayurvedic notes to the posterity, was Charaka, whose book was called Charaka-samhita

In his book, Ayurveda's objectives are:

  • To support health and extend life.

  • Prevent diseases and root out the cause of the disease with all abnormal functioning of the body.

”Those whose doshas are in balance, who have good appetite, whose body tissues work normally and whose selections function are in balance, with the personality, mind and sensations are full of joy, can be considered as a healthy human being.”
